Open to proprietors & employees of independently owned UK convenience
retailers aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate
families of H.J.Heinz Co.Ltd and its group companies, their agents and
anyone professionally connected to this Promotion. Employees must gain
permission from their employer before entering. Closing date for
receipt of entries is 30.04.07. No purchase necessary. One entry per
retailer. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and
Conditions. Standard text rates from your mobile provider apply. Winners
will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing
date and notified in writing by 18.05.07. There are 25 prizes of a
Morphy Richard DAB radio model no. 27018 or comparable make/model. No
cash alternative. Judge's decision will be final. List of winners' names
and counties available to those sending a SAE up to 6 weeks after the
closing date to Grow Grocery Winners' List at the address below.
Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner if the
Promoter believes a winner has contravened any of these Terms and
Conditions. Promoter is not responsible for entries that are corrupted,
lost or delayed. Proof of texting does not constitute proof of
delivery. Promoter is not liable for loss or damage to prizes in
transit. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional
