  • Energy & Sports drinks and water have shown double digit growth in 2005.
  • Flavoured Carbonate drinks are in double digit decline.
  • Chilled drinks sell 60% faster than ambient drinks.
  • An Open chiller (without any doors) will sell 20% more drinks than a closed door chiller.
  • Shoppers spend on average 11 seconds to choose a soft drink, so a proper layout in your chiller is crucial.

Fixture Size:

Ideally a 2m open dairy deck consisiting of base +4 shelves.
This allows enough room for the top selling skus and ability to merchandise them effectively.

Fixture should not be smaller than 1.3m as does not allow sufficient range to be market representative.
